Wear loose comfortable clothing - layers are a good idea as you may get hot and will cool down quickly in relaxation.
It is advisable to shower before class & not to use any deodorants or perfumes.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. If you do arrive late, come in with the minimum amount of noise and disturbance and lie quietly for a few minutes before joining in with the next new posture.
I recommend waiting 2 hours after a light meal before practicing & allow an hour after a snack. Please bring water to class.
Leave shoes and bags etc at the sides of the room and remember to switch off mobile phones.
It is fine to nip to the loo during class, but try not to disappear every week during the practice which you find most challenging.
