Classes are suitable for absolute beginners and the more experienced practitioner alike. All practices are taught with progression so that the student can stay with the level which is appropriate for her/him on that day.
Classes consist of initial relaxation to give the opportunity to let go of the day, quieten & focus the mind ready for practice. Asanas, (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Yoga Nidra, (deep relaxation) and gentle meditation.
First class free then £26 per block of 4 weeks. If you would prefer to come to 2 classes per week pay only £40 for 8 classes. Please check availability before attending.
Yoga blocks and blankets are provided, as are a limited number of yoga mats, students are encouraged to purchase their own to assist with personal practice and good hygiene.
