"I started studying yoga with Rodley Yoga Works in 2007 because a series of work and sporting injuries to my legs and back were causing me discomfort. Anji's lessons have enabled me to become considerably more supple and my posture and balance are much better as a result.
Her classes are friendly to new-comers and have an intimate feel. She has a knack of taking her class just to the point of improvement while ensuring that no-one is harmed by the exercise. Her lessons are tailored to each group, well planned and have a perfectly balanced structure: warm up, asanas, balances, breathing exercises an deep relaxation.
